Il sistema MassChrom® Ammine biogene/metaboliti nelle urine – Chromatographic Platform, in combinazione con il Sample Prep Set Metanefrine totali (libere + coniugate) nelle urine, è un prodotto per la diagnosi in vitro destinato ai laboratori clinici per la determinazione quantitativa di metanefrina, normetanefrina e 3- metossitiramina come metanefrine totali (somma dei metaboliti liberi e coniugati) in campioni umani di urine mediante cromatografia liquida-spettrometria di massa (LC-MS/MS). Il kit è utilizzato per l’esecuzione di test in pazienti nei quali i livelli di metanefrina, normetanefrina e 3-metossitiramina nelle urine rivestono importanza clinica.
